So this is my first attempt at something a little bit more... comicy.
I got the panels thing goin on, but I'm not sure how much I like it. Ah well, Work in progress, ne? But I think it's a clever sort of idea, and maybe I'll keep doing this instead. I might occasionally still put in a single pic here n there, but I think this might work well.

In some other equisitely uninteresting news! I totally fucked up the mac n cheese today. Like, I've never screwed up so badly before.
I'm not sure why, but I was-- oh, btw, this is relatively from stratch, not Kraft-- stirring the mix of cheesy goodness, and it wouldn't melt.
Or rather, it would melt, but only the bottom part. So the bottom of this pot, full of milk, cheese, green onions, spices of love, etc was the only part that was melting. Eventually I gave up on it and restarted, but when I dumped the thing out, it was like... burnt and evil on the bottom. I literally rolled out this huge melty gross mound of cheese into the trash..
Hopefully I leveled out the good::bad universal ratio by fixing up an edible batch thereafter.

And also, Platoon really wasn't such a great movie! There were only two, yes TWO, intense scenes. The one in the village where Barnes almost kills the little girl, and the one where Elias was running for his life. The rest of the whole movie was waiting around.
Honestly, I'm just waiting for The Things They Carried to come out in movie form. It's been a while since Hollywood cranked out another Vietnam flick.
